This was probably the worst part oh any job in her mind. She didn’t like talking about her feelings, let alone with someone she didn’t know. Yes it was part of the job.

Yes it was mandatory

Doesn’t mean she likes it nor wanted to but here she was… standing outside the office.

And with a sigh, she hit the little doorbell.

The door went unanswered. Sage could use the computer to locate the AA’s Counselor. If she took that route, she’d find him in 17/18 Forward.

Sage headed that way, a bit of a embarrassed look on her face. How did she miss that her boss was the Counselor too!

“Evergreen, over here!” Gavin called out when he spotted the new officer enter the room. Doctor Stacey had seen from his door alert that Sage had visited the office.

“Please take a seat,” He said once the woman approached him. “I don’t like to be confined to just one room when I sit with the crew unless it’s something more sensitive,” Gavin explained as he gestured to the empty side of the booth.

” I know we spoke some during your medical check-in, but this gives us a chance to see how your personality will fit among your crewmates.” Doctor Stacey wasn’t going to go full psychobabble since the Ensign received their work up before leaving the academy.
