Kaden was very surprised by all the accolades. In regards to the nanites, he just believed he was doing what was best. Even though he was an engineer, he did not believe any life needed to die just because. He look at the Commodore after she finished putting the new pip on and said, “Thank you ma’am. I was not expecting this to happen but I thank you. I am sorry about my need to leave the Ark Angel but I have some personal stuff to take care of and I did not want to leave the Ark Angle without a chief engineer for an unknown time.
