Kyle arrived on the Bridge of the ArkAngel several minutes after leaving the team in the Cybernetics Lab. Though he was still nervous and found himself holding his breath more often than he probably should, he knew he had a duty to perform and was eager to do so to the best of his ability. As he crossed the Bridge to the Security and Tactical station, he turned to NE McGinn at the ops station,
“Any changes Ensign?” he asked.

”..No sir, second away team just went down and soon after that went underground where the first went. Due to natural deposits causing interference we’re unable to scan or communicate with them once they descend past 20 or so feet. The colony counsel has been updated by Commodore Andone on current events. They confirm there were two major earth quakes in the past month and a half in that region. But since they do not do anything major out that way nor had any herds or such they did not investigate any further..” NE Heps said.

Kyle took a seat in the centre chair, “I don’t like how we can’t see our people, do we know if we can increase scan range or strength to move past that 20 feet mark?”
