Gavin paused to think for a moment. They weren’t able to transport the object out and keep the animal alive, and scans using the tricorder were inconclusive but they knew it was metallic. An MRI would be out of the question, and an XRay would be just as inconclusive as the tricorder.

“Kaden, a high frequency scanner or high band metallurgical scanner should be able to give us some answers, right? The Chief Medical Officer asked, “…at least tell us what kind of metal we’re dealing with?”

Kane stood quietly by, he arrived with the others and stood quietly by keeping guard and watching along the perimeter as far as he can see. He didn’t know as much as either of them and trusted that they could figure it out. Though he held his rifle at the ready, much like a soldier was trained to do.

Buckingham stood by. He was grateful for the presence of his Crew mates. Whilst he still had the situation under control before they arrived, he could feel the pressure of the situation mounting on him. The arrival of his crew mates certainly made him feel a lot better.
