Gavin nodded in return as he continued waving the wand down towards the Ensign’s abdomen. “How’d you receive those broken bones?” Doctor Stacey asked, curious to what the man’s response would be.

Sivas doesn’t miss a beat. ” I boxed in the academy my nose was broken by a Klingon opponent. Very swift and strong. The broken wrist was due to a scuffle with a security off, a prisoner and myself. It was broken in two places.”

He nods at the Doctor to signal the end of the reason.

Gavin nodded in reply, as he focused the wand on the areas mentioned. The CMO had already read the new officer’s personal file, and from what it contained, Gavin was surprised those were the only two major injuries the Andorian had received.

“Though not an issue now, Ensign, ” LtJG Stacey started off, “You’ll want to eventually speak to an orthopedic surgeon in getting the cartilage regenerated around your 50s…” The CMO stated, “There will never be a true replacement for the real stuff..”

Gavin raised a brow slightly and nodded while putting away his tricorder. “I’ve got a few seconds before I need to jump away, but go ahead and ask your question,” The CMO stated. Doctor Stacey didn’t have the slightest clue as to what Sivas would want to ask him, so he wasn’t sure what to expect.
