After running his scanner, the air was not breathable. He then said to the NEs, “Make sure and keep your mask on until we get the power up and working on this Relay. Kaden started to make his way to the main power area of the relay. He made sure the Ensigns were following him. After a few minutes of walking and after climbing down a ladder, they arrived at the relay’s main power area. He looked over at the Ensigns and said, “We need to get the power up and running on this relay.” Kaden and the NEs then began working on getting the relay up and running as assigned by the Captain.

After beaming over and finding the power out shivers would also go through the team quickly. While the breathers gave them air, the lack of regular active life support meant the station was quite cold. In reflection they really should have probably worn the lighter environmental suits before coming over. With the cold as it was and air stale as it was they would have to work quick to diagnose the problem or get the Ark Angel to beam over the suits and suit up quick first....

Looking over things the main point if they were going to do repairs first was get down to the lower area to the fusion core accessed by a ladder nearby, or they should suit up then go.
