Trax finished changing into a sweatsuit As he closed his personal locker. as he came out of the locker room to start his workout. He moved over to the stationary bikes as he got on them and started setting the bike for his routine. He slowly worked his way through the course of machines. He focused on his training even though the room was empty. It was nice in some ways but in other ways, it was not. After going through the course he dealt with some weight training and shaping then he continued for another round on all of the equipment. He thought about maybe taking a swim and a last stop in the hot tubs before getting something to eat and maybe hit the hay early as he got onto the bike again. As he finished off another series of his exercise routine as he sadly made his way to the locker room got a quick shower. He forgoes his swimming and soaks in the hot tub. He quietly got dressed and moved to his cabin had a small dinner and went directly to bed he was so far gone he fell asleep in a long dark dreamless sleep.
