It was just as some of the security JOs were patrolling the ship when one of the teams (this is for any players jos for them) would be patrolling past Arboretum 3 on deck 38, when the Ark Angel was suddenly rocked by some kind of force outside the ship. A second later the red alert sirens rang out followed by the ship wide call of the Captain =/\= Red Alert! All hands to battle stations! =/\= she had said.

A second later though ahead of them down the hall an odd wavy distortions was seen and resolving out of a small fissure in the air came three 6‘0 tall dark black skinned Serpent creatures armed with some kind of quad pair of armed mounted spear shaped devices. Ahead of them were four smaller humanoid snake like figures crouched low, each armed with some kind of hooked blade weapon, two more to the rear of the four larger snake figures were armed with hand held energy weapons. It seems the Black Serpents had boarded them! The whole boarding team was about 100ft away from them.

Without a seconds pause they opened fire on the security team the larger ones sent a spear like energy charge their way that would initially knock two of the front most NE’s to the ground, but mostly were uninjured, the four blade armed smaller snake humanoids came charging down in a rush. The last two took positions to left and right of behind the larger snake attackers who also took cover near the doorways along the corridor using some unknown means to slither up the sides!! A pair of energy shots from the smaller pistol armed intruders came their way but for the moment didn’t hit anyone.

Tiglath stepped out of the turbolift into the middle of a firefight. Diving to the side wall and pulling out his phaser, he tried to slide along the wall to the nearest NE. He took aim at one and quickly fired before hugging the wall again.
