Like elsewhere the main engineering crew staff had barely gotten their footing and handle on the snow fall in the engine room, when the white flash had engulfed them. Waking up the junior officers would find emergency power was slowly rebooting other systems. Damage reports were soon flickering alight on consoles. There was a hull breach on deck 44 section 19 near shuttle bay 4 due to an asteroid impact, deflector control was offline as were primary and secondary computer core access due to damage of their processing matrixes. Warp power was offline, though the core was stable. Impulse reaction was cold but could be restarted and their Flea’tan jump relay core was online and able to be switched too if wanted as a primary source of power for now. For Weir, Asam, and Allendor it was certainly a disruptive moment to their day so far!
