Ashley goes to the med bay and goes to sit on the med bed. “Where is everyone?” Ashley asked.

Hayley stepped out of her office and noticed the Ensign sitting on Biobed 1. With a smile, she walked over and introduced herself. “Ensign Logan isn’t it?” She asked, “I hope you didn’t have any trouble finding your way here, the Ark Angel is quite the large ship.”

“Yes ma’am. I am Ensign Logan. Here is my record ma’am.” As Ashley hands the CMO the padd and is concerned about something.

Hayley took the Padd from the Ensign and looked over the record briefly. She caught the concerned look on her face and responded gently. “Is everything alright Ensign?

OOC: Please let me know OOC if there is anything unusual in your medical record. Otherwise I will assume it is fairly normal.

OOC: She has some issues with other people sometimes and that she has trust issues. But also she has some depression.

While waiting for the Ensign to respond, Hayley had a closer look at her records. She also pulled out her medical tricorder and probe. “May I?” She waited for the Ensign’s consent before starting her scans.

“Yes of course doctor.” As Ashley just sits there waiting patiently while the doctor scans her.

Hayley began her scan, watching the screen on her tricorder as she proceeded. Seeing nothing that wasn’t already accounted for in the records, she completed the scan and set the equipment aside. “Your scans look clear, aside from a slightly decreased level of Serotonin. With your past history of Depression I would recommend a course of treatment. I will provide you with some dietary recommendations as well as a prescription for increased physical activity - something you enjoy doing. Is that okay with you? “She paused, giving the Ensign a moment to reply. ” I’d also like to repeat your scan after about two weeks and would recommend you check in with Counseling as well.”

As the Ensign heard the doctor mention that she says “Yeah sure that will work doc. Um I don’t really have anything I enjoy doing but being to myself.” As she sat there looking at her in a more beautiful way.

“Well, there are many forms of activity you can do on your own, some of my favorites are the hiking and mountain climbing programs on the holodecks. Peace and quiet and physical activity at the same time. I am sure you will find something you like. In the meantime, you are medically cleared for duty.”

Jr. Lt. Marshall, CMO

“Thank you doctor. I’m am not really fond of hiking or mountain climbing. I’m probably gonna make my own program. But I don’t know what. But I’ll keep that in mind.” As Ashley starts to jump off of the biobed and then walks out of sickbay and says before she leaves, “thank you again doctor.”
