As Trax would finish up his surgery over the next 15 minutes the roar of combat outside the ship went on in ernest, more shudders from impact were felt with a brief light flicker of a console out in the main sickbay, the banking of the ship in some form of emergency evasive pattern also was felt giving everyone pause to hold onto something as the IFF and SIF fields strained to keep up. But through it Trax had saved the Romulan engineer’s life. Stable now the nurses were able to move him off the surgery bed and into one of the side recovery rooms for now.

As he made his way back into the main part of sickbay. He let out a large sigh as he took a brief seat as he waited for others to start coming in.

But there it seems was no rest for the weary as in that moment two science NE’s came in bearing a shot up security NE, “..NE Quarn here got shot twice by a Serpent boarding party, took one to the right arm and the other to the left leg..” one of the science NE’s reported as he helped the teething gritting security NE to one of the biobeds

“Trax pointed over to the nearest biobed. “Over there!” as he moved quickly to make sure the officer did not go into shock. Trax grabbed a hypo with mild painkillers and shock agent and pressed the hypo to the neck of his new patient. as he started the process of scanning and attempting to repair the wounds of his new patient.

The scans showed the man had level 3 thermal burning over much of the earlier indicated spots. Nerve damage was also evident in those areas, either entirely destroyed or in the nearby affected areas highly diminished. The man even once healed would likely lose a lot of feeling across his body, medical science had come far in the late 24th century but there still were some things you simply couldn’t heal. The biggest problem to handle once the initial pain killers took hold was to get a gel to begin the healing process on the burns.

Trax continued his repairs to the injured officer even though he can heal almost everything he knew the officer will have some issues after the healing was completed. He knew there was going to be some physical therapy with all this reconstruction. But he wont look like a monster after the repair. He will look like himself for the most part.
