It was just during the early morning shift change in the ship’s security hall, and everyone was getting settled into things for the day shift to come. When reports started coming in around the ship from NEs reporting odd holiday festive decorations, songs, or the like popping up in the oddest of places or rhyme/reasons. As if to drive this home the ship’s armory of handful of Type-3 phaser rifles had all been wrapped in festive stockings with a big ribbon, bow, anad label on it saying ‘From Santa’.

Joseph Rainns walked into the armory at the behest of one of the NE’s on duty. He face palmed himself. His first week on duty and this was what happened. “Ensign, get this paper off our weapons, carefully.” He ordered in an annoyed voice. So this was Ark Angel rolled, very well. There was a time for fun, but fiddling with sensitive weapons and equipment was not the appropriate way. Whoever the pranks were being perpetrated by would need some discipline. In a few minutes, Rainns was being inundated ith reports of this short of buffoonery across the ship. He also noticed disturbingly that there was no security feed of this events. He did not want to bother the captain, but the COS felt he had no other choice. =^= Rainns to Andone, We have a situation.=^= Situation was the best word Rainns could use, he didn’t know what to call what was happening other than that.
