OOC: Greetings Chris. To help you with posting i’m going to go over a few things quick before replying with an npc ensign on your boarding. First thing you want to try where possible to put in the topic line something akin to Side Sim - Location - Event, so in this case something like Side Sim - Transporter Room 1 - Ashley’s Boarding would suffice. To help you out I’ve replaced that above here. Secondly you want to describe where you are to help people who might reply in posting along with you, further to that point describing where appropriate your character’s looks, feelings, thoughts, etc is a good thing to do too. Thirdly always make sure to ‘sign off’ your posts. By this I mean ending a post with a space or two below what you posted then typing your rank, character name, and position. So in your case Ensign Ashley Logan Sec would suffice.

OOC: Any other questions or concerns please let me know, you can also immediately make posts detailing your medical evaluation, your counseling psych evaluation and meeting your department head right away, you dont need to wait for this thread or others to be finished. Optionally you can also make a thread meeting the CO if you like. As the transporter room would come into view for Ashley she would find a young human non-commissioned officer waiting for her. NC Charlie looked on as she would step off the transporter pad. “..Welcome aboard ma’am! NC Charlie at your service. Would you like me to take your bags and show you to your quarters? Or would you like to get your evaluations and meetings out of the way first?” he asked.

As Ashley does walk off she says “I’ll get my evals and meeting out of the way first.” She replied.

OOC: Chris please read my ooc notes above, they’ll help you in how to sign off your post as well as make improvements in the future. As noted above you can make new threads for your evals, you don’t need to wait till one thread is completed.

NC Charlie nodded though, “..Very well ma’am. I’m sure the counselor, chief medical officer and your department head are waiting for you to check in. I’ll leave you too it and see your things taken to your quarters..” Charlie said.
