The Challenger needs a Counselor! Do you have what it takes to mentor Cadets? Encourage them to discuss their emotions and experiences. If you think you do and are up for the challenge, please apply, we would love to have you onboard.

Here are some of the duties an Academy ship Counselor will be responsible for IC:
• Complete cadet/crew evaluations (if Cadets do not initiate their own evaluations, you must reach out to them, preferably IC).
• Monitor cadet/crew morale aboard the ship.
• Interacting with the cadets/crew in between sims.

Responsibilities OOC include:
• Providing support to cadets who are having issues or questions about posting.
• Be an encouraging voice and help cadets brainstorm posting ideas.
• Monitor cadet posts/interactions for input to the graduation form.
• Provide briefings to Captain, Executive Officer (XO), and Gamemaster (GM) on cadet/crew performances.
• Be available (must be able to post consistently every 3 days)!
