USS Memorial is seeking an Executive officer. The Memorial is a Battlecruiser with Flexibility. She is a slow posting ship and is a laid back, go with the flow kind of group. The crew strives, also, to be the best they can be, and they strive to help others improve themselves with in the club.

Interested club members should submit an application to the CO, Kirt Gartner. Please include answers to the following questions:

What is your experience as XO?
How would you help improve the ship as XO?
How would you help bring more people on and how would you help them with their character creation if asked?
If something were to come up and I was unable to take care of the Memorial, how would you take charge until such time as I could return or a new captain appointed?
