I actually found the club Nov/Dec 1998 and put in 2-3 registration forms which didn’t seem to to go through at the time, I gave up and came back February 1999 and finally successfully registered and was placed on the Olympic March 1999. https://www.star-fleet.com/archive/post/94638.
