Pinning an exact date is quite difficult, I think it was actually December 1991, but it could have been as late as March 1992.

Since it has to be an exact date, I’m going to suggest erring on the side of later rather than earlier, and relying on Midyette’s recollections rather than my own (I had read his when I wrote mine, after all) and pull the date March 14, 1992 out of thin air (only because my birthday is March 14, and I know for a fact that was NOT the correct day, but was at least within a few months of the correct day).
