When I was just a cadet, I asked my mentors, Where should I post? How do I sign off? When do I snip? And my mentors said to me,

When I became a DH, I was given cadets to mentor as well, I went to my CO not having a clue, here’s what she said to me,
With Cadets, DH, teach them how you were taught, get them to snip, to post, on the ship, mentoring comes nat’rally
Now I am Captain in the Academy, the new Cadets come to me, ask me what to do, I answer them thoughtfully,
Dear Cadet, Cadet, post on the Challenger whenever you can, have fun and post in character, posting comes nat’rally.
