Hello all,

I was joking in main chat about a “Fleetwide Posting Day”. I am going to suggest that maybe we have a mini writing competition every six months or so where we have a neutral theme and then have every ship and every crew (of course it is all just if you want to) post to a neutral thread topic such as “How to avoid your parents” comm call. If people chose to they can post and then within the fleet you pick your favorite one and put them into a silly contest of sorts. I am not sure it would have any interest but with something neutral like ‘Guess what the main meal is in the mess hall” or “How I got out of my work shift” people can be as creative as they want. It is also open to a writer’s particular style of funny, serious, dramatic, etc. I am going to suggest we do it maybe in October. If anyone has any thoughts let me know. It again is all up to people and since it would be stand-alone or small group pieces there doesn’t have to be a limit to how long it goes on or the length.
