[snip]Lieutenant Harbinger was having a rather bad day that so far only seemed doomed to get worse.
Just as they were pondering this sense of doom they rounded a corner in the corridor and tripped over a anti-grav cart which was filled with a variety of liquids and other sticky substances.
Harbinger flailed wildly, arms, legs, tentacles, horns and other appendages going in every direction as they attempted to avoid hitting the honey, the one item that meant doom for them and annoyance for the cleaners.
As if things for poor Harbinger were not bad enough with hitting the honey and breaking it open, as it covered him in its sticky golden goodness, another ensign came around another corner and slipped on the mess on the floor, suddenly the sound of shattering glass was heard and an angry collective buzzing. “..NO NOT THE BEES NOT THE BEES!” Harbinger cried as a swarm of angry bees came upon him from the shattered container.
The bee that seemed to be in charge, dressed in a sombrero and bandoliers, swooped in and said, “We are de Killer Bees from Me-he-co, gringo!!”
It was then that the owner of said anti-grav cart, a science ensign by the name of Pez came out of a lab and froze. “What did you do to my bees?”
Harbinger still suffering meanwhile kept crying out, “..Ah now they’re singing!! Get’em out of my hairrrrrrr!!!” he cried, meanwhile the Bees continued their Killer Bee dance on top of his head.
The honey ate through Harbinger’s tentacles, horns and other appendages, leaving just their arms and legs behind (together with head and torso, of course), a set of arms and legs with nothing to attach to - that would be silly.
