In order to make sure we have the most up to date versions of both the OGRE bylaw and our handy RM (Reference Manual), we’ve created temporary documents that will be considered the most up-to-date version.

Note: the RM does reference back to the current one, except where there are new entries. These reference the approved entry that was posted to the GMD Board.
