When writing sim start and end emails, please include the following:

Ship Name:
GM Name:
Sim Type:
Sim Title:
Start/End Date:
Description: (Optional on start)

Send all of that information to GMDept@star-fleet.com. I know it seems a bit much, but this way I won’t have to bother you for any missing information.

If you have any backlogged information that you think might not be in the archive, or know never made it to the archive, use the above form, and we can get that sorted out as quickly as possible.
