This question is for everyone, but especially the Presidential candidates.

We haven’t talked much about your past accomplishments. Both candidates have been in the club for a long time. Jerome has been here probably much longer than me and I’ve been here going on 10 years. Sarah’s profile reports her join date as July 2001. I want to know what you two feel you have accomplished in that time. So:

1. Over your time in STF, what would you cite as your biggest accomplishments (note: this is PLURAL)? I want specific information, not a nebulous “love and appreciation for the community” which is surely an answer common to us all.
   

Accomplishments? Hmm....you really made me think a bit to consider what my two or more accomplishments would be!

First off I’d have to say being one of the few GMs in the past many long endless moons/years to pull off a multi ship sim of 2-4 ships semi-regularly. Building the story, pacing for the different ships and crews, etc was and is a real challenge! One I loved and won me several awards in the STF Awards and in directly helped further my skill in basic video editing in making Sim Promos for said sims and many others!

The second would have to be my multi-years long journey in getting the Mythology class deep space explorer reviewed, revised, and finally passed. Which to my great joy is used by several ships in STF now! Including my own ship the Ark Angel. My third accomplishment related to the above sort of, is the mentoring and guidance of several STF members in designing ship specs and getting them passed themselves!

Finally a forth accomplishment I am proud of was seeing my long mentored gem in the rough at the time member Kirt Gartner grow from a simple JO pilot to eventually flying out onto his own to become CO of the USS Memorial. Seeing such a turn around of his writing, roleplaying, style and confidence in general was and is an amazing thing for those who were close to the experience. It truly shows the unique culture, love and family STF has for each other to help each other grow and thrive if the other person wishes too.

1. Do you have any accomplishments that you think are under-rated or otherwise don’t get much attention where you feel they perhaps should?

To be honest? I can’t really think of anything off hand that I feel terribly ‘cheated’ about in being underrated or something. I mean if I HAD to say something on a personal level I might say I’d love to see my sim promos when I get them made get a little more hype or lime-light then a brief ‘nice’ or what not in Discord when I post them. But frankly thats just being a bit egotistical on stuff and really I could care less in truth.
