The last time you were a member in this club and chose not run to be an executive was an extremely long time ago. Assuming you win this election, do you think you will be on a ticket in the next election too? What would it take for you to not run to be an executive?

Hi Adam,

I was actually a member of the club for eight months before becoming Steve’s VP, so it’s not really been that long ago that I wasn’t in the executive. It’s impossible for me to anticipate the next election at this point. I’m not ruling it out (because we all know what happens if I do that), but I would have to have specific items that I really wanted to accomplish in order to even consider it. I’m not sure that I really know how to answer your last question; in general, if someone that I believe will do a nice job as President and has a platform of reasonable ideas is interested in running, I’ll happily throw my energy into supporting that person. I don’t have any real personal pride riding on being in the executive; it seems to be something that I’ve historically been decent at and I enjoy being able to help the club.
