While I do agree that completely revamping an idea from the start is not the EC location to do so, the ideas are what we need. No plan is ever fully fleshed out right from the get when a president is in often. It spends weeks, sometimes months behind the scenes before it goes to the Command boards, and still may never see the light of day as a fully realized idea. Having ideas, and some ground to start them is though a very good place to begin I feel. Details can always be ironed out and changed later.
