What are your thoughts on bringing new people who are interested in going behind the scenes to do Gov. tasks to keep this club moving forward?

Hey AJ,

Great question! Steve and I firmly believe in finding the best person for a particular job, whether that’s someone who’s been in the club since the start or someone who joined three weeks ago. Between the two of us, I think we’ve held every cabinet position in the club and so we have a pretty solid knowledge of what positions entail and how to get the right person in them. I recently brought on a new member (well, a new to government member) in EDept and he has been a tremendous asset so far. Getting newer members involved in the club’s running (if they would like) is a key aspect to the club’s continuing success.
