Previously I mentioned ( https://www.star-fleet.com/core/command/election/notes/2260/ ) that we’ll be looking for cabinet members who have good judgment, are present, and are competent. In that post I also said that we want to keep making sure throughout the term that our departments are well staffed enough to take care of their respective functions well. It’s needed for these expectations to be placed on those running each area of the club, but it’s even more vital that those running the entire club are held to these expectations.

You, as a member of this club, can expect us both to be active and engaged, working together to sort out issues that arise while not being too caught up in them to prevent us from continuing the progress we’ve been making as a club. We’ll work together to handle difficult situations carefully and seek advise when needed. We both bring experience managing at the executive level and the fleet level. We have very different departmental experience, which I think is wonderful as our areas of expertise complement the other’s well.

We aim to lead this club by example. We believe you can trust us to do so.
