Annoying questions from me continuing this is one for both President candidates regarding your plans for the upcoming time in office if you are successful.

For this one I’d like for you to take the point from your campaign HQ ideas that you think will be your main focus, for whatever reason, and set this up as a SMART goal. Essentially setting SMART goals means you can clarify your ideas, focus your efforts, use your time and resources productively, and increase your chances of achieving what you want.

So basically you answer the questions below. Some have one question requiring one answer others have two or more questions which also require an answer to give a full understanding. If you miss something I’ll ask it as a follow up.

1) What is your overall goal

Engaging club members to generate a greater word of mouth advertising to generate club growth and quality/quantity.

2) S- Specifically- What exactly will you accomplish with this goal

If things work out the way I hope better club growth and stability

3) M- Measurable- How will you know when you have reached this goal? What will happen that makes you know?

Measurable growth in club stability and size as well as quality and the fun the club members have at large.

4) A- Achievable- Is achieving this goal realistic? Have you got the resources or foundation in place to do it? If so what are they if not how will you build or get them?

I believe it is, resources needed would generally be minimal and rely on members leading by example towards this common goal

5) R - Relevant- Why is this goal significant to you? Why is it significant to the club?

Ive always worked hard in edept to engage members for new ship designs which I think I’ve done to measurable success to some degree. Club stability, engagement, growth, and most importantly fun is important to the club as without it we could fade away over time.

6) T- Timely- When will this goal be achieved? What will you do when you have achieved it? How I’ll you ensure it is sustainable?

Its hard to measure a time of completion for the send goal of growth and fun as it is an ongoing process so its hard to answer the first and 2nd parts of this question, though for the 3rd part I believe if you lead by example others can continue such work.
