Hello Everyone,

Nominations for President are now closed. Since we have 3 candidates, the Primary election will begin on July 15 as originally planned, and last for one week. After that round of voting is complete, one ticket will be eliminated and the final voting will begin between the two remaining tickets.

Endorsements will be allowed on July 15, and not before. Please keep in mind when asking questions of the candidates is for the candidates to answer them, not for you to make declarative statements about how great they are in the form of a question.

Finally, everyone is free to ask questions of the candidates, even if they aren’t eligible to vote. I’m assuming the relatively low number of questions so far is a function of the recent site switch as well as Independence Day in the United States, and Canada Day in Canada. Regardless, if nobody asks any questions I’ll throw in a few myself just to keep things interesting.
