I want to avoid this question sounding mean, so please don’t take it as an attack… However, in my mind the entire point of FCOMM and the cabinet positions therein are meant to serve the same purpose as your audit idea (unless I’ve read it wrongly). By that, I just mean that each Fcomm/Afcomm team should be tracking these things in their respective fleets already.

Would you consider stricter enforcement of the bylaws already in place as an alternative to creating more bylaws, or altering them? Or would you consider your audit plan to be more in the vein of training people to perform Fcomm duties?

Again, not trying to be sassy here… I’m trying to get a better mental picture of how this should work. Also, I’m very glad someone is taking a serious look at this.
