This is a question for Jennifer and Brian based on thier headquarters post and in regards to thier GM shortage approach.

With the GM Shortage and more specifically GM burnout moving forward under your proposed idea how would you allow COs Transition to a self sim environment and how will this be regulated and ensured those self simming ships maintain a healthy simming environment.

Is this something you believe would help relieve GM burnout.

I would also on the topic of GMs like to understand in which aspects of the Exam should be looked at, and examples where this may be some of the the course contributing to the current GM shortage.

And finally examples of where GMs spread across several ships Burning out had led you to decide a similar rule is applied as it is in COs and XOs. How those ships will be assigned a new GM or transitioned to I assume a self simm environment.
