As a process improvement, should we add a hidden position to the EDept roster for spec submitters during the submission process? This will allow them to be tagged in the discussion threads to receive notifications via email or Discord. We can add them as part of posting the submission, and remove them once approved. We could remove them when returned as well, or leave them to save the work on the resubmission.
