[snip]Here is my review for the Keldrak. However, the review still is open until the 5th tomorrow by noon US Eastern time.
HISTORY AND MISSION OVERVIEW

STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION
== No problems here I think, also nice to see custom design work done like way older designs!

WARP PROPULSION SYSTEM
== No problems here I think, I also like the unique use of soft-canon terms from the The Way books of the Romulans from the 80s/90s I think it was?

TACTICAL SYSTEMS
DISRUPTOR SYSTEM
The Keldrak-class is equipped with 10 Type-VIII disruptor arrays. Four are mounted with two facing forward and two aft on the dorsal and ventral wings to port and starboard. Each array consists of 50 emitters each. These arrays, in addition to normal operations, can also fire in two other beam configurations. These firing alterations can be emitted as a focused-beam that produces a smaller targeting point but increases the energy output or split-beam that produces a larger targeting point but with a reduction in overall energy effects.
Two additional, 25 emitter arrays, located forward of the main bridge on the head of the ship to port and starboard, are capable of both beam and bolt fire. These arrays cannot be fired in any special configuration.
The system has a maximum energy output of 3.0 MegaWatts, and a maximum effective range of 150,000km.
== Small consideration for draft 2 to consider changing. Given this special beam function for those that do so you could I think slightly up the energy output and reduce the max range for that if the functions could do such to a measurable degree. Up to you though

DECK LAYOUT
== No problems here I think
Deck 3:
* Senior Officer’s mess
* Senior Officers quarters
* Observer quarters (1-5)
* Guest Quarters (1-5)== Small wording of consistency error here. Up above in the room sections you list this as VIP quarters. I assume the Observer quarters are supposed to be those. Either update all the deck listings with VIP or change the VIP title to this
Deck 4:
* Senior Officers quarters
* Upper Armory/Weapons Control
* Observer quarters (6-10)
* Guest quarters (6-10)
* Emergency Transporter Room 1== Same problem as here as stated above
== No other problems here for the desk listing I think
SHIPS OF CLASS
== No problems here I think
CONCLUSION
== No problems here I think
== Overall Katy a great solid first draft. Just some minor slips that I noted. Again this review period is still open until the 5th tomorrow till 12pm US Eastern time.
