1. Does the Community believe that the Modern Navy Plan currently provides adequate guidance for ship builders.
2. Does the Modern Navy Plan need to be updated?
3. What are the Specific Issues you view with the Modern Navy Plan
4. Do you have a solution for the problems that you see in the Modern Navy Plan
5. Does the Modern Navy Plan allow for the creation of Cannon like Vessels.
