It takes a special person to step forward and be a CO. To step forward and be the Governor of Oed V, takes someone either very special, or very crazy. So please join me in thanking Tony for all of his hard work on Oed.

But there comes a time when change is inevitable. With the recommendation of the Fleet Commander, I hereby appoint Russell Watt as Governor, Oed V.
