As we’re in the middle of a number of projects that are still outstanding from last term, Cale will be staying on as Assistant Personnel Director, and Sarah will be staying on as Second Assistant Personnel Director.

This term I will be trying once again to include a trainee in the Personnel Department, who can shadow how things are done and eventually do some of the placements. If you are interested, or know anyone who should be considered, please let me know. The person does not need to be a CO or XO necessarily, but should still be familiar with how ships are managed, have some knowledge about how to identify a ship issue, be able to recognize a problem character (including FCOMM’s species restrictions), and have some familiarity with the Terms of Service.

The PDept communicates a lot via Discord due to many projects and tasks being worked on, so anyone interested in the trainee role should be ideally be available on Discord.
