We certainly have an opportunity for room for improvement and I’m not going to dispute that there’s an issue. But I’m not convinced we have a drop in number of placements. At least not a new drop.

It should be noted that the period from January 2018 to June 2018 was not typical. In particular, we had problems with the WeBBSpace membership application that we’re discovered in April 2018, which made it impossible to register with that method. We definitely lost some people we would have gained because of that, and the external workaround that we had to put in place place at the time, would probably have repelled some potential new members.

I wouldn’t look at that period and say “oh, it’s not so bad, we’ve been here before.” I’d be more like, “oh, our new member numbers are approaching those of a time when things were seriously, dangerously broken, I wonder what is seriously dangerously broken right now?”

And before people ask, we are certain that the membership application is working normally because Dan tested when he had concerns about our numbers not hat long ago.
