As we begin this new term, it is fitting that my first act is to confirm the Presidential Cabinet that will help guide Star-Fleet over the coming year. Our focus remains on supporting our ships, strengthening our membership, and continuing to build an efficient and collaborative leadership team. As our organizational restructuring continues, some positions are being retained in their current form while we evaluate the long-term needs of the club and complete the transition to our new administrative structure.

The following appointments are hereby confirmed:

• Vice President & Fleet Council Chairman – Steve Johnson
• Academy Commandant – Louis Harvatt
• Gamemaster Director – Ryan Williams
• Engineering Director – Robert Archer

While not Cabinet appointments, the current leads for CMMB and TECH remain Louis Harvatt and Clayton Strong, respectively.

Before looking ahead, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Christopher Logan for his service as Engineering Director during the previous term. Chris did an outstanding job holding down the fort while the department underwent a period of transition, ensuring continuity of operations and providing steady leadership. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment to Star-Fleet are greatly appreciated, and I thank him for everything he has done for both the Engineering Department and the club.

To ensure each department is well supported and positioned for long-term success, each Cabinet member is directed to identify and appoint an Assistant for their respective department, as well as their Fleet Council members, as soon as reasonably possible. These appointments will provide continuity, foster leadership development, and strengthen our administrative structure. Cabinet members are asked to notify the Office of the President once these appointments have been made.

I would like to thank those who have agreed to serve. Their willingness to volunteer their time and expertise is invaluable, and I look forward to working alongside them throughout the coming term.

Together, with the Fleet Council and our dedicated volunteers, we will continue moving Star-Fleet forward while ensuring our members and ships remain at the heart of everything we do.
