To all members of Star-Fleet,

As this presidential term draws to a close, it is my privilege to recognize members whose dedication, leadership, and service have made a lasting impact on Star-Fleet over the past year. Whether through exceptional roleplaying, mentoring fellow members, strengthening our simulations, or contributing behind the scenes, these individuals have helped move our organization forward.

The following awards and promotions are hereby conferred.

Presidential Mentions

The Presidential Mention recognizes members whose contributions have significantly enhanced the quality of our simulations and the experience of their fellow members.
The following members are awarded the Presidential Mention:

• Cass Young – In recognition of consistently excellent roleplaying and the high standard of writing brought to Star-Fleet sims.
• Lindsay Bayes – In recognition of outstanding mentorship and continued support of fellow members within the club and her ships.
• Kate O’Neil – In recognition of exceptional group and ship mentoring, helping members develop their confidence and enjoyment within Star-Fleet.

Presidential Commendations

The Presidential Commendation is awarded to members whose exceptional service has made a significant contribution to Star-Fleet as an organization.

The following members are awarded the Presidential Commendation:

• Christopher Logan – For outstanding leadership in revitalizing the USS Ark Angel, serving as an exceptional Commanding Officer, and for his continued contributions within the Engineering Department.

• Steve Johnson – For stepping forward to once again serve as Vice President during the term, for his leadership of the Fleet Council, and for his unwavering support of Star-Fleet’s administration.

• Tony Findora – In recognition of his dedicated service during his term on the EGO and for his many years of continued commitment to Star-Fleet.

• Katherine Dedul – In recognition of her dedicated service during her term on the EGO and for her longstanding contributions to Star-Fleet.

Promotions

In accordance with the authority vested in the Office of the President, the following promotions are hereby authorized in recognition of exceptional service and sustained contributions to Star-Fleet.

Effective immediately:

• Captain Clayton Strong is promoted to the rank of Fleet Captain in recognition of his outstanding leadership within the Technology Department, his willingness to step forward following Nathan Miller’s departure, and his significant work on the development and design of Star-Fleet’s new website.

• Captain Louis Harvatt is promoted to the rank of Fleet Captain in recognition of his exceptional service on the CMMB, his continued administrative leadership, and his invaluable contributions to the design and development of Star-Fleet’s website.

Please join me in congratulating each of these members on their well-deserved recognition. Their commitment, professionalism, and willingness to serve exemplify the very best of Star-Fleet.

Thank you all for another successful term and for everything you do to make Star-Fleet a welcoming and thriving community.

Congratulations everyone!

I know I’m new but I saw a lot of changes this term as people worked tirelessly to better the club. I’d wager this club has only existed for so long because of people like you that step up and put in the extra effort.

Well done!

Honestly I couldn’t agree more. This club has done exceptionally well over being around for so long. I also wanted to say thank you for the commendation. Never really understood what a commendation was or is. But I thank you for it.
