Command Reports from COs and Command Staff

Fleet leadership benefits from these reports, which not only monitor activity but also provide insights into ship performance. They help identify successes, highlight areas needing support, and reveal opportunities to better assist you and your crews. Even brief reports are incredibly helpful.

This is not about perfection or paperwork. It is about visibility, communication, and making sure Command has the information needed to support your ships, GMs, and our members effectively.

If you are running into challenges—real life, staffing, posting slowdowns, or just uncertainty about what to include—please reach out to your Fleet Council Member. They are listed on the Command Page and are there to assist, not to judge.

The Fleet Council is asking for an update from each ship’s Command staff (CO, XO, and GM) sent to Jack’s contact email rather than the Fleet page submission.

As to Departmental Reports I would ask for one from Personnel, the GM Department, Engineering Department and Academy/Mentoring to be posted in Command as per usual. If Tech has anything to update regarding what has been happening on their end lately, please feel free to post one.
