Thank you, Jack for faith and confidence you given me with retaining me as EDir. Unfortunately Nate has had to step back as AEDir due to work commitments but Nick Villareal has agreed to step up to that position.

And as I missed the deadline for the Engineering Report I’ll put a few words in here. I have discussed our goals with Nick for this term and we plan to continue to look at revamping the ship submissions policy and we will be polling the current CO’s to see if there are any design specifications that they would like see that we don’t have already.
