After a long tenure in the center chair, Dave Shotton has elected to step down as CO of the USS Saracen. We appreciate all the time and work he put into the role. To take over this position, I name Terry Sullivan CO of the Saracen. Being already above the rank of Captain, no promotion is necessary. Welcome back to the Captain’s chair Terry!
