This should be the entirety of the first section. We shouldn’t clutter a bylaw with who was in what role at the time. And if someone consistently uses an initial for part of their name when they post it on this site, others should honor that.

I think the names being present is merely an artifact of how old pre-BABE bylaws are archived in the Library. If you read the actual text of a few of these they don’t include the authors in that way.

Thanks Thomas on the initial thing.

I didn’t realize they were archived that way in the library, so I see where you got that from. I believe the only time particular people in particular roles are mentioned in any of our bylaws is when the President signed their name at the end.
