September was a much quieter month than August. We have two vacancies standing. The Memorial was vacant most of this month and the spot was filled recently by Lindsay Bayes. There are two GMTs in progress, and a few people have expressed interest in the exam.

We also discussed the OED PRSim system, as it was raised as a concern during the discussion of the Leviathan charter. As far as the GMD can see it, there is no conflict between the setup of the PRSim system and OGRE. It still falls within all the requirements to be defined as a self-sim environment.
