MEDICAL PROFILE
Commander Shiloh Taber, MD, Starfleet Academy Medical Center, reporting - Wessley Tate has no known previous major injuries or major medical issues. He has suffered several minor injuries in his martial arts and boxing careers including multiple breaks of his nose, fingers, and several toes. He also suffered broken left ribs 9 & 10 and broken Xiphoid process. He does suffer from a severe allergic reaction to Feline dander, treatable with regular histamine hyposprays.

Supplemental: Tate suffered a sever phaser burn on an away mission to Cherubdar Prime while serving aboard the USS Olympic. Tate was treated and recovered completely.

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE
Commander Jennifer Mayo, PhD, Starfleet Academy Medical Center Department of Mental Health, reporting - Wessley Tate is extremely withdrawn, especially in social situations. He has difficulty making friends especially female friends. He is intimidated by yet comforted by females in command positions. He will work harder to impress a female over a male. When faced with confrontation, however, Tate has no problem standing up for himself. Tate compensates for his extremely small stature with physical prowess and is incredibly strong for his size. He is known as a “scrapper” and wears that label with pride. His focus and determination with regards to his studies and physical training are unparalleled.

Supplemental: While Tate is no longer withdrawn he can still seem rather introverted. His ability to form close personal friendships with both men and women has grown with his time in Starfleet. He no longer appears to suffer from any form of anxiety. He still feels more comfortable under the command of a Female CO, however, due to cultural bias.

CAREER
Tate stood out during his academy tour on the USS Rosetta Stone, leading several away missions successfully. During the second half of his tour, he stood as beta shift tactical officer.

Straight out of the Academy he was recruited by the USS Valkyrie, serving as a junior officer. He stood at tactical briefly during one skirmish and performed admirably.

He transferred to the USS Olympic following the decommissioning of the USS Valkyrie where he was groomed to become Chief of Security. He stood at tactical in several confrontations and two major skirmishes.

He left the Olympic to study to join the Diplomatic Corps. He was accepted and served as a logistics coordinator during the Romulan relocation.

He served as security officer for three first contact missions.
