Bio:
Jaieh was born and raised to be loyal to the Romulan Star Empire. Despite all the propaganda, she occasionally questioned the empire’s motivations and actions. These questions she kept to herself, for her safety and that of her family.
She went through schooling, university, and medical school, always maintaining the highest marks she possibly could. For a few years, she served in the empire’s military as a medical scientist. She defected in disgust at what she was being asked to do.
She attended Starfleet Academy, graduated with top marks, and became a starfleet doctor.
She is generally kind and generous, though she can change dramatically under pressure. She is proud of her Romulan heritage, but not about having served the empire. She is sensitive about questioning of her motivations coming into the Federation.
