Character Biography
Kruglar was initially assigned to an officer exchange program. He was a scarily accurate Tactical Officer and manually was almost as accurate as a starship targeting computer.
He noticed that his performance was even more improved using federation weapon systems than his own Klingon types, this caused Kruglar to take a StarFleet field commission in order to further improve this skills.
