Physical Description:
Lisa was a petit short woman with long brown hair and bright green eyes. Her hair was usually unkempt and, despite being brown, often appeared black die to dirt and grease.

She spent very little time on her appearance and devoted her time to Engineering. She loves tinkering, experimenting and inventing. People often described her as bubbly and borderline mad even manic at times but a genius non the less.

2393- Graduated from starfleet Engineering with a first class degree in warp engine mechanics
2393- Promoted to Ensign and assigned the USS Entrepid
2395- Promoted to Lt(jg) and transferred to USS Mckoy as Chief Engineer
2396- Promoted to full Lt
2399- After an incident on the USS Mckoy was demoted and stripped of the Chief Engineer position
2400- Assigned to USS Asimov

Lisa was involved in an infamous incident while serving on the Mckoy as chief Engineer. She was trying to increase the engine efficiency using one of her experiments. The experiment failed and almost caused a warp overload. She managed to shut it down but not after causing severe injuries to her staff and almost killing her assistant.

As a result she was placed on suspension without pay and demoted. She was assigned to the Asimov so that she could be overseen.
