Was rescued from his cargo ship adrift, trying to escape an anomaly. He was picked up by the leviathan, and became their advisor ,bartender and friend.Q took over the ship only the captain can remember other than him.
He is a kind man, who loves to listen. Makes a nice martini, or romulan ale or other drinks desired by the crew.
