Psychological Profile: Haadok’s upbringing in a culturally diverse colony encouraged her capacity for empathy and forbearance. Although she upholds devotion to logic and discipline, she exercises considerably less restraint than her Vulcan peers. Haadok prefers a tranquil approach guided by emotional tolerance than purging. That said, a life surrounded by emotional creatures bestowed a degree of impatience and resourcefulness on her once-impressionable mind. Her parents’ culturally sensitive approach and negligence of gendered roles in Vulcan society helped Haadok navigate a world filled with diversity and conflict. As a leader, Haadok offers guidance and support but refuses to ‘do’ for others what she knows they can do for themselves. Yehenik excelled in liberal arts and expressed a special interest in intercultural history. Throughout her time at ILC, she engaged in sports, debate team and the school newspaper (all of which were short-lived). She was known for her candid takes on the lunch menu. Yehenik’s early life was unremarkable by design, allowing her time to grow without knowing the social pressures of her parents’ homeworlds. Her parents embraced this distance and taught her and her elder siblings to approach emotion with tolerance, addressing and accepting what they felt rather than purging it completely. They were taught logic and Vulcan culture, but their parents encouraged them to learn about the worlds represented in the Evekh colony, encouraging an open-mindedness that persists in Haadok’s approach.

Evekh University, North Campus — Astral Anthropology Student
Yehenik received admission to EUNC, pursuing a major in astral anthropology with an archaeological emphasis. Following a research lab in her second year, she took on an ecology minor and shifted her gaze to a career in excavation and research. Beyond her studies, Yehenik displayed a keen interest in outdoor sports and survival. She joined a club, engaging in everything from camping to backpacking to rock climbing and kayaking. Through the programme, she earned her basic life support and first aid certifications, enabling her to lead several trips of her own. In her senior year, she split her attention between guiding trips and teaching a basic wilderness medicine course with friends Teve and Alieth. She graduated in the spring of 2191, after which she soon joined the Evekh Archeological Society as a researcher.

Vulcan Academy of Science — Fellow
Yehenik submitted an application to participate in an anthropological fellowship surrounding current excavations of ruins on Alhm III. The planet was believed to be inhabited by agrarian people (despite its current infertility and inhospitable environment) with henotheistic religious practices. Although a non-traditional–and originally declined–applicant, Yehenik secured the fellowship in ‘10. Mid-excavation, the team was attacked by an undocumented indigenous lifeform. Six legs, beady eyes and a distaste for intruders meant a lethal encounter for the excavation team. Half were lost and those who survived did at great injury. Yehenik suffered a trauma to her spine and neck that rendered her unconscious for several days. […]

Yehenik, now going by Haadok, enrolled in SFMA’s medical programme in summer 2240, pursuing a Doctor of Osteopathy degree in family medicine. Though provided the option to specialise, she instead elected to proceed with a complimentary degree in public health. Haadok established herself as a resolute and open learner with a passion for holistic, patient-centred care that emphasised partnership over traditional structure.
